Method: Traditional method of producing sparkling wine, aging for 24 months on the lees.
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow color with persistent and very fine bubbles; on
the nose it has hints of citrus fruit, brioche and light candied notes. In the
mouth it is elegant, balanced and gives sensations of great overall
pleasure; it is fresh, sapid with a creamy final taste.
